Mission
Healing Every Mother, One Journey at a Time
Reclaim Her Postpartum Foundation exists to ensure that every mother has access to essential, evidence-based postpartum body healing — and the education to understand her own recovery. We support mothers by funding pelvic floor therapy, core and abdominal rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue treatment, postural alignment, breathwork, and somatic/energetic healing.
We also educate women on why these services matter, how the body heals after birth, and how proper postpartum care shapes a woman’s lifelong wellness.
"Because when a mother heals her body — and understands her body — she restores her strength, her confidence, her energy, and the well-being of her entire family."
Why This Matters
After my own postpartum experiences, I realized something profound: I wasn’t just healing from birth — I was meeting a new version of myself.
I knew how deeply pelvic floor work, craniosacral therapy, alignment, and emotional support could help my body and nervous system. But the care I needed was expensive and often out of reach — even though I understood its value.
I realized countless mothers face the same challenge: they want to heal, but financial pressure holds them back.
Reclaim Her Postpartum Foundation was created so no mother is left behind in her healing journey.
Why Postpartum Healing Matters
Motherhood is a woman's rebirth — yet she is often expected to navigate it alone.
Reclaim Her Postpartum Foundation is here to change that.
